Morning. this is not a complaint but i need urgent attention to my query. account nr 8855 2044 0146 0487 has been handed over to attoreneys and as per letter i agreed from them you have negotiated a settlemetn for me to pay over 4 months and that the deadline would be June to pay this settlement. i have paid R4000.00 end of april and the balance to be paid May and June. my husband's Wesbank vehicle finance application was declined due to this credit card. can you please arrange that the application can be approved as i am paying this account and will be settled June. your assistance would greatly be appreciated. thank you
