I have a letter stating that I have paid my accoun

Transunion have not updated their systems and I have a letter from Vodacom stating that my account is paid in full as well as a statement and a signed letter from managers.

It says it will be updated within 7 working days and it still has not been.

I do not see how this it unclear.
