I've contacted the call center of AF in January already requesting to transfer my funds from one employer's fund to another. This transfer still hasn't happened after 5 months! The call center is sending me from one person to the next and no one can give me answers to my questions. No one is able to send me a balance or statement of funds since I've joined AF. My funds from my previous company has been lying there for a year while I was under the impression that it has been transferred. And no-one has ever contacted me to inform me that the funds are not invested.

I cannot see why no-one can give me details and access to my own information and funds I've paid for 3 years now. The call center and all the other staff I've been dealing with are useless. They just refer me to another person who cannot help me.

I've been losing more than a year's interest on my funds now and clearly AF doesn't care about their clients investments and growth thereof.

There is no email address or contact person where complaints can be sent to, worse service ever and nowhere to complain...
