THIS IS A FOLLOW UP TO A COMPLIANT THAT I SEND A MONTH AGO. THE VEHICLES IS STILL NOT NOT READY AND THE TIME ON THE RENTAL CAR HAS EXPIRED . OUTSURANCE HAS EXTENDED IT FOR A FEW DAYS. BUT WHEN I SAW THE CAR THE FIRST TIME THERE WERE NO HEAD REST AND THE BUMPER WAS A DIFFERENT COLOUR. THIS HAS BEEN MENTIONED TO OUTSURANCE. BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM LIKE THE PANEL BEATERS HAS DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY DAUGHTHER WAS TOLD BY THE CLAIMS CONSULTANT IF IT IS SO WE MUST TAKE THE VEHICLE AND IT CAN GO BACK ANOTHER TIME . THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS RELEASED FROM THE POINT IT HAS NO DAMAGE THE DAMAGE STARTED AT THE OUTSURANCE YARD. AND THE SECOND LOT OF DAMAGE IS BETWEEN OUTSURANCE AND DME AUTO BODIES. I AM NOT PREPARED TO ACCEPT THIS MY VEHICLE MUST BE IN THE GOOD CONDITION IT WAS BEFORE OUTSURANCE GOT HOLD OF IT. IF NOT I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER . GOT FEED BACK FROM MY LAST COMPLAINT BUT IT DID NOT SEEM TO HELP I AM VERY IRATE. I DO NOT NEED THIS PUTRED SERVICE
