After many attempts to contact FNB insurance and sort this issue out, I have no idea what more to do. I paid the excess for my phone on the 1st of March and have to date received no feedback or anything. I have phoned several times, I have already paid an excess on and still keep being billed. Answers would be nice, as would any progress and tamination of this reckless service.
