No response on my claim

I have a claim since February 2013, it was another persons fault and I had to pay excess. I have emailed on a daily basis, with NO RESPONSE from them. i have called and left numerous messages, with NO RESPONSE. I have even cancelled my insurance with them (which Ive had for 10 years) out of frustration and due to the fact that i have been receiving top class service from DISCOVERY INSURE in the meanwhile. I have not even received a call in connection with the fact that have cancelled my insurance.
Im at my wits end. I have been dealing with Yolande Markham, Thandiwe and also Bongani.
I need to know when I can expect my excess to be paid back and I would like feedback on it without me having to call and ask (without answers)
