Funds have been withdrawn from my credit card

I have had funds withdrawn from my credit card and the Department is not helping. My Department reference number is 62 45 62.The consultant that I spoke to some minutes before 11:46 hanged on me when I requested to speak to a supervisor.

Please help me in this regard as I want to recover the money ASAP
