Don't care attitude and damanged car returned

The first complaint, we made was that, the panel beaters calls 10 mins before they close to fetch the car. ousurance then waives half the excess and was promised a call back, no one did call. my then husband picks his car up o n Tuesday, and it is not ready, . they then fixed the problem while my husbandwaits. He then had to rush off to work and was very late for a meeting. Avis then decides to deducts R350, when car was not ready. Outsurance calls my husband and they were explained what had happened, they promised to call him back. Surprise! no one did. Today when we open the cubby on the passenger side it flings open and wont close, we then check the car and there's a big scuff mark on the back seat handle. what disgusting service and repairs.
