ABSA email statements

Have now sent four emails to ABSA and had emails back saying would be contacted shortly, now over a month later nothing from them
Have also sent you three emails to which they gave the same response, also nothing further from them
This month have not recd a statement at all., neither email or by post.
How can they run a business like this???
