My insurance claim was not processed

I went to an edgars store, the west gate shopping centre with all the required documentation to process an insurance claim for a cellphone, i have been paying the premiums and still am. the lady took all the documentation that was required and processed everything and said that after a week i will hear from the insurance guys of which 3 weeks later i havent heard a single thing and when i call the insurance guys they tell me that they have no record of my my claim being submitted to them. i am so disappointed and very angry at the moment because i am paying for this insurance an still do not have a phone. clearly this lady by westgate edgars failed to do her job. no follow ups or anything.
