More than two weeks to get an assessment done

My fiance was involved in a minor accident on the 23rd of April in the Benoni area, leaving her vehicle inoperable. The vehicle was towed to an Auto and General approved repairer in Springs. After several attempts that eventually lead to unfriendly phone conversations we eventually were able to get an assessment done on her vehicle on the 9th of May. After the assessment was eventually done she was told that the repairs would only be completed on the 31st of May. The car is a Ford Fiesta, with R12 000 damage, which is not exactly an exotic car and it does not really qualify as major repairs. For the entire period she has been without transport relying on friends and relatives to drive her around. I am extremely unhappy about the poor service we received with this and the entire way this situation was handled.
