My house was burgled on 11th March 2013, up until today I have not yet received confirmation or a response as to when my claim will be processed. I am sitting with an empty house due to the items that was . (Kitchen equipment, entertainment equipment, personal belongs -ipads, cell phones and clothing). Most importantly, I do not know who is dealing with my claim from Cape Town till in Johannesburg.

Nobody can HELP me/ is willing to HELP me.
