Fica again

In the beginning of April I received an sms to FICA. Went to African bank in village mall Hartbeespoort with the documents, 2 days later my credit card was unlocked. Comes the month of may, same problem. Went to the bank again e-mailed papers AGAIN. Received sms to say it must be bank statements with proof of res on
Faxed papers 6 times still no answer from them. Consultants pass the buck and I am without any money!!! After this I will rather pay off my card and go to another bank. The staff in hartbeespoort are friendly and helpful, and even they are sick of the Rica problem that their customers have.
