DRAGGING YOUR FEET TO GET MY CAR REPAIRED!!!

I was in an accident on my birthday (13/05/2013). Hit and run involving a taxi driver (what did I expect in JHB). It was after 5pm, before 7pm though. First thing on Tuesday morning, i contacted my insurer and reported the incident. The lady referred me to a panel beater close to my workplace. I took the car in on Wednesday morning, then only received the quote from them on Friday, which i forwarded to this particular lady promptly. I received a call from her confirming she received the quote and the relevant documents and will contact me shortly.

I only ever heard back from her on Monday. She then spun me some story about contacting my previous insurer to get proof that there was no break in my cover. This was before 11am yesterday (20/05/2013), needless to say i never heard from her again. I then contacted my previous insurer, got the the document that seems to take her over 24 hrs to receive, in 5 minutes. I sent her an email, attaching this document, only to receive an auto out of office message.

I then spoke to another lady, who said she will look into it and contact me back shortly. I'm still waiting. I called them AGAIN and spoke to some gentleman who will "look into it"
