Very bad service!

This is the message I send them via e-mail, but it came back as "spam"..

I've tried to get hold of you since the beginning of the month! The 0860837000 number I got from the Post Office don't leave an option for messages. Even on your website, nobody respond. I wan't to cancel my policy as from the 1st of April 2013. I have already gave the bank notice to cancel your debit order.
