On saturday 18 may my card got from me and the people that it somehow withdrew money out of my account to the sum of R350 I immediatly called FNB to cancel my card which they did! But when I went on monday the 20 may to get a new card a query the withdrawal I was shocked at what I was told! The gentleman that got me my replacement card was of good service... but the lady that was supposed to help with my withdrwal plainly told me I'm sorry but they won't PAY you back your money cause te peopl had ur pin and card! I mean she didn't even try to call and find out cause apparently their phones were not working, and how about having me fill in the form for investigation... nothing at all! She just said THEY WON'T PAY YOU SO ITS USELESS! That's not the type of Service I wouldve expected from FNB they go around saying they the best in service but if this is how they treated me I wonder about other clients please can I get a reply ASAP
