I experienced on my account on the 15 Dec 2012, Fnb told me to cancel the card and will replace my card but I will not be charged a card replacement fee. I was told my query will be resolved in 4 weeks bu since then I have not recieved any responce from fnb. I have been calling them to remove the card replacement fee since its a mistake from thier side, But I have not recieved any feedback, I want the money I was defrauded, card replacement fee as well. PLEASE ASSIST I'M VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTATED.
