When we moved, we decided to change all our assets into the business name and as our business cars were also registered in the business, we cancelled our personal portfolio and opened a business portfolio. Well, what a jewel of a consultant that dealt with my portfolio. She patiently went thru all the underwriting, professional, never stumbled, always sure of her facts and friendly. We must have been on the phone for ages and yet she offered to call me back, which she did and afterwards, made the call even more personal, gave me her email and contact details if I wished to amend anything in the future. I couldn't believe how privileged I was to have had Velisa on the other side of my cell. Professional, well spoken, clear in her instructions and above all, professional. Well done Velisa!
