Hi,

My husband and I both have cars through Drive Car Sales. For the past 3 or 4 months we've received less money on both cars. I tried calling them and left messages, sms's and e-mails for Kugan and 3
months later I still haven't received any feedback from him.

On Monday, 03 Feb 2014, when I went onto my portfolio I received a notice that my portfolio has been cancelled. I phoned them and the lady said I must go on the website and log a call on help desk. It's almost 48 hours later and still heard nothing from them. I called Drive Car Sales again when the lady at reception tried to help me she said that both our cars has been cancelled. I am aware of the fact that if we don't load photo's for 3 months that they will cancel our portfolio but I've loaded our January 2014 photo's on the website.

I need to get access before the 7th to load the photo and I am not willing to lose our commission because someone at Drive Car Sales decided to cancel our portfolio. We only received the money for the one car on the 1st of Feb and surely hope we will still receive the money for the other car.

I really hope that some one will get back to me soon and that we can get this sorted.
