MOMENTUM CANNOT RECTIFY THEIR ERRORS

I have a RA & recently requested that the Policy term be extended & the Portfolio & recurring contributions be switched to a different portfolio. After numerous calls the term was extended but the funds switched to the wrong portfolio. More calls followed & I received an email from Chris Edwards confirming that an error had been made but would be immediately rectified. Eventually the funds were switched to the correct portfolio, however the recurring contributions portfolio was still not changed. More calls from myself followed & this time I was advised by Mpho Mahlangu that this needed to be rectified by the Business Analyst but would be done immediately.
I have sent 2 emails regarding the above fiasco and have received no response and I I am now at my wits end as to how I can get this policy correct.

MOMENTUM-YOUR SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS & I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE RECTIFY THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM
