Transactions still going off account

On Sunday 28 April 2013 the division phoned me regarding my petrol card being used. They inform me that the card has been stopped and that the new card will arrive by 2 May. I have not picked up the new card yet but have destroyed the old card. Today when I went to the atm there were still transactions going off my account. This takes the amount over R5000 on my current account. And now apparently there are 2 files one for R75 with a lady named Mesha and then another file. Its been a week and i have not even received an avidavit regarding this. This is shockingly pathetic service and i am sorry but i cant afford to lose R5000 out of my bank account. If this matter is not resolved within the next week, i will be moving my business elsewhere.
