I requested proof of purchase for a Galaxy SII smartphone by dialling 0860102970 and choosing option 5. The first call was on 11/01/2013. The assistant assured me that I will receive an email within 48 hours. 48 hours came & passed with no email. Fast forward, I called on 14/01/2013 and I discovered that my call was not even recorded. I passed my info to the assistant on the phone who recorded. Today its the 17/01/2013 and still no email. when I called the explanation was that the department re-opened on the 14/01/2013 and they are dealing with a backlog. My question is why should customers be subjected to internal leave policy issues in their quest for service?
