Not respond my email which are requesting refund

Good day
On the 28th of May I paid Edcon R3500 by mistake where I meant to pay R200 and I requested that I should be reversed on the 30th May 2013 I made that request to Notshikelelo Nqambule on the 3rd of June 2013 I asked her the progress of my request she told me that "It is still in a process of being reversed. It was only done today "3rd of July". We have to wait for 48 working hours'.
I waited more than 48hrs for my money to be deposited on my bank account but there was nothing on the 7th of June 2013 I emailed Notshikelelo I even called her but I couldn't find her. I called again on the 11th June 2013 and it when she responded that by saying "Your account is handed over, therefore the 48 hours turnaround time does not apply." And ''It will take some time because we have sent the query to the department that deals with handed over accounts. The person to contact is Maria, her email address is [Email Removed] ''.

I was so disappointed hence my land Lord was kicking me out because my rent was not paid. I had to send another email to Maria Mosito and she never bother to respond until the next day when she was asking for my ID, after that there was no feedback. On t
