Re:2301130102/GO i reported on my account and refered to the lady who is nightmare these days in providing feedback to me. i call her she drops my call, i email her she dn`t reply. i see no honest and transperity between edgars and its clients. i am totally disappointed by the whole thin and regred ever opened account with edgars.. won`t advice someone to open account as when you have complain no one attend to your problem.
i wonder is edcon complains department really for complains or dead (edgars cemetry department) as no is helpful when i complain about the lady no one listens instead transfer and hold.( they are good on that)
