A consultant from complains department called me on 06/05/2013 regarding a phone i applied for 3 weeks ago and promised to deliver my samsung galaxy s4 and she didnt deliver this mean fnb is useless from sales, deliver and complain.
how do you handle complains if yourself your incompetant.
