4 months of repairs and I still dont have a car!!!

I handed over my car to Dial Direct approved panelbeaters on 28/01/2013. I got my car back 2 months ago and the repairs was shocking!!! I had 3 colours of white!!! Then tehy sent my car to another panelbeater. That was a month and a half ago. Today I am told from Corne the assesor that my car is not even in the spraybooth yet!! I phone the call centre to speak to a manager and Malesi tells me that there is no one to help me. First 3 calls I was cut off when I asked for a maanger. I want my car tomorrow or my car to be written off. What BAD service from a company. I will make sure that my whole circle of family and friends will spread the word of Dial Direct. The company that can get NOTHING right!
