Poor service delivery

(Claim no.322313) cell no.0721111397 Due to hale damage. I claimed from IWYZE and they sent an assessor. Assessor approved the claim and the car was taken to Monaco Panel Beaters in Middelburg Mpumalanga, they cut and joined the roof top of my car. it's not joined equally and beginning to rust. I even sent photos of the damages to Tshepiso Tsahane, they decided that I must take the car back to the panel beaters they called me to come fetch the car it was still the same and they said i must not come back to their workshop
They will discuss every thing with the insurance, i called i weze and spoke to TShepiso tsahane who was busy with my case he promised to phone me back before the sun set and he never came back
