What do you do when you are treated like Criminal

This is a collection company. I have a problem with Mrs Pillay who keeps calling me every month making all sorts of threats stating that I have not made a payment when IN FACT this is not True. This has been happening every month. I have not missed even a single payment ever since I agreed to settling this account. All my payments are done electronically and Absa sends notification of payment via email they've provided me with. But, to my amazement, she calls me without fail on the 30th of every month with an attitude, verbal threats and all sorts of accusations. I have written to her suggesting that she must first check their records and how I do not appreciate the tone and her manner of approach as I have proof that payment HAS in fact gone through.and that has fallen on deaf ears.
My last email today I asked her to Refrain from calling me as I have had enough of this and I also advised her that I am going to write to Hello Peter and the Ombudsman for her behaviour which I can no longer tolarate.
I believe as a consumer I am entitled to some level of decency and fair treatment and right now I feel so frustrated and helpless like I have been stripped naked of my dignity
