My car was in a accident early in January 2013. Hollard picked my car up and after I begged for the car to go to Club Motors, Hollard and Jacobson Mellet Brokers sent my car to a NON APPROVED panelbeater, Olympus in Pretoria. I was very upset, I insisted for the car to go to Club Motors but was sidestepped and ignored and as a devious excuse by Gerrit from Jacobson Mellet was told old that the car was OUT of guarantee and that Hollard will not pay to have the car repaired by a BMW approved repair centrum. The car was returned to me 3 weeks later and broke down on the highway within 10 hours after using it. I then determined that the car WAS still in its guaranteed, but that as a standard procedure BMW cancelled the guarantee because the work done by Olympus was not approved, and that Club Motors would have to do inspection before BMW re-instate the guarantee on my car. So. It has been weeks and weeks and I am without transport due to the negligence and "We don't care attitudes" of Hollard and Jacobson Mellet Insurance Brokers. I have just called Gerrit (Jacobson) and all he said was: "Mrs Tabone, I don't know where the car is, I don't know.." nice Gerrit 4 months no car.
