ABSA prefer you get shot

I was involved in a hijack and armed robery, and the robbers forced me to give my ATM pin at gun point. After reporting it to ABSA the same evening i have waited a month and the reply was that they are not going to refund the amount withdrawn. It seems they rather prefer their Private Bank Clients get shot before they are willing to do anything...
