Account debited - POS failure

Tried paying retailer with debit card twice - both failed (second due to "incorrect pin"). Then paid with acredit card. Both debits showed on my phone and my two accounts. Retailer says only the credit one showed on their acount. Logged a call with Standard Bank... made numerous follow-ups... not one call-back from the bank as promised. R780.00 and some change still in mid-digiverse. Who do I fight with? Shall I punch the nearest bank teller? GImme back my money. The principle versus the filthy lucre! FNB sounds attractive. Reference number 52800184.
