Auto page think they can get away with anything

Hello i have wrote to hello peter 21/11/2013 about Auto page whereby they gave me a wrong contract and they called me to say that the matter is resolved and i also asked for the new balance which they told me that its on R115. now at the end of Jan they are sending a debit order of R3500 to my account luckily i have another account which i usually transfer most of my cash to it, i logged a ticket of complaint and ever since i have not get any respond from them. the person who was assisting me on the line could not figure out that on Dec i was debited R115 and its a top up but I'm Owing R3500 on Jan.
