How long must I wait

I went to your branch to withdraw my investment I was sent back to get a proof of residence and a bank statement after I came with the documents I was informed that my date of birth was captured wrong I need to go to the police station for an affidavit. I did that as they requested so I'm still waiting for my money I regret why did I choose old mutual. I'm just going to cancel all my policies with you guys and go some where else how sure I'm I that my details are captured correctly.
