Unexplained billing

I applied for a loan, and I settled the loan, but siprisingly I was informed that I still owe R600, of which i paid, and i have a proof of payment, and again Consultants are still calling me DAILY!!! Stating that instill owe R1800. Really I am not satisfied about how they bill because they fail to explain.
