Hidden Limits on Cover!!!

My wife has a Platinum Service Plan with LC which according to the policy documentaion recieved from the Dealer also includes Roadside assistance - and it states that in the event of a breakdown Liquid capital will arrnage for it to be towed to the nearest approved dealership. - so yesterday my wifes citroen c2 breaks down and suddenly because the nearest Dealership is 120 km away from Secunda where it happened there is a limit of R1000 for towing (which appears no where in the terms and conditions). When i disputed this the operator Jaques was very helpfull but said a supervisor will phone me back... - it is now more than 24 hours later and still no call from supervisor... I eventually phoned Jacques back and said he must arrange towin and we can sort out the additional charge later with supervisor... the towing company arrives and says they must collect R1131.80 cash before they can touch the car???

I demand a refund of the Cash money paid to towing company as there is no mention of the R1000.00 limit on tow in anywhere in LC documentation or even on their website as pointed out to Jacques. Also very bad that supervisor did not respond...
