BAD SERVICE AND NOT PAYING THEIR ACCOUNTS

I have a Toyota Yaris and took out a 45, 000km service plan with Liquid Capital on the 19.12.2012.From the first service my problems started.1st end of Feb 2013, I was told that they cannot pay for my service as I had to pay 3 installments first which was not mentioned when I took the contract. I advised them to listen to their recording of the day, and still have not heard back. I had to hire a car, as Toyota refused to release my car. Banks were closed and I had to collect my daughter's wedding dress. Only received my car the following pm.2nd Serviced car, but dealer refused to release as Liquid Capital do not pay acc and were on hold at Toyota branches. I spent a whole afternoon on the phone with Liquid Capital to get their accounting department to sort out their debt in order to get my car back. They finalended up paying cash for my service and I received my car as Toyota was about to close.3rd Service today, received a call from Toyota to advise that they are battling to get an authorisation out of Liquid Capital and that again their account is in arrears so they will have to pay cash for my car..I have been phoning LC to get it done, hope I get my car. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
