This is meant to be a feedback. Sorry, the feedback option did not load. But I want to just take this opportunity and voice out my appreciation for the great service I received from Liquid Capital. Pursuant my previous report about the alleged unpleasant service I received from Liquid Capital, I'd like to state that the bad service was as a result of a dealership not in agreement with how Liquid Capital works in terms of claims. Although this initially reflected badly on Liquid Capital, I further state that in dealing with an alternative VW dealership in Pretoria, the process went very smoothly, I booked the car in at 7:30 and by 14:00 it was ready. I am very pleased with the service and believe you me my colleagues, friends and relatives will know about this. Thank you a million times.
