Good service from a consultant

I appreciate good service from one of the consultants, however I am not sure if she was in Jouberg offices. Her name is Palesa, I was registering a claim since my mother was involved in a small vehicle accident.

The first consultant, did not give correct information, she mentioned that, I must not claim, because policy was cancelled, she did not check the date of cancellation.

But I called again, Palesa was a very efficient employee who represented Iwize in a professional manner.
