WORST service EVER!!!

On 01/01/13 I had a accident with my vehicle. My wife and I were hospitalised and released the same day and reported the claim to Iwize. I could not be assisted on the 1st with a courtesy car as it was a public holiday and my wife and I had to walk with blood stained clothes from Brits MediClinic to the taxi rank where we paid a taxi driver R400 to take us to Hartbeespoort (only 19km). On the 30th of Jan 2013 I went to NoordWes panelbeaters in Brits to find out what is going on. The quote for the damages was already made up by the panelbeaters and the person reported that there has not been an assessor by then. Also note that we made several calls to Iwize for info on which they only reply with a "claim in progress" e-mail of which I have round about 10. Its the 25th of Feb and still not settled as the car is written off. As from the 1st of Jan up until now I have paid 2 instalments on a car that I don't have. ABSA says it is NOT settled and they might have used the wrong acc nr. All the time off from work and airtime to call Iwize is a small fortune. I would appreciate ANY help from anyone in claiming what we went through. The accident itself was less painfull than dealing with u.
