WHAT AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I called in today to complain about an incorrect debit date. Mthunz Mahlutshana was the unfortunate agent to answer my call as I was extremely irate. He handled my call with the utter most professionalism. I am a SPL Manager within a call environment and the way he handled my call was just mind blowing. He did not just resolve my complaint within minutes, but called me back with further information as promised. He deserves recognition in the way he dealt with me and I would just like to let One Plan know that they have a diamond in that call centre. Hope you treat him like a king as that is what he is. Thank you again so much for your help and sorry that you had to listening to my screaming and shouting. If it was not for you, this would more than likely have been a complaint and not a complement.
