RE: 0847472112. Cell C called in early in 2012 under the pretence that I 'had won a prize'. After listening to the operator for more than 10 minutes, it confirmed my suspicion that it was in fact a direct marketing call for an add-on service for a PA/restaurants discounts. I was promised a package with info to use the service/vouchers. To date I havent received anything and completely forgot to follow up (which I'm sure is part of the scheme). I have thus been paying for a service which I couldn't use. I tried to cancel the service twice. I was promised a call back on both occasions. I believe Cell C has misrepresented themselves and made it as difficult as possible for me to utilize the service OR cancel the service! I expect every cent that Cell C has deducted since the service was supposed to start to be refunded in FULL. I would also like a written transcrips of the call should I need to take my complaint further. I also expect the name of the person dealing with my complaint with details at which level in the company my complaint was dealt with. I can't imagine that Cell C's conduct is in line with the CPA, and therefore hope we can resolve this amicably
