Unauthorised Stop Orde

Good day,

I have a Standard Bank Student Account that I no longer use. This morning I woke up with a R270 Stop Order with a Credit Card reference.

1. I did not authorise this transaction.
2. I do not own a Credit Card
3. This account has not been used since February so I do not understand why I would even be getting debits off it.

I am getting frustrated with having a new issue with this bank every other month. I would like to have this issue sorted and would appreciate an explanation of this debit as all my debit orders run on the Elite Account I have with the bank.

Kindly provide some feedback.
