First National Bank
Poor service delivery

I have recently opened an account at First National Bank and find myself disappointed by the poor service delivery, I still do not (after 1 month of waiting and enquiries) have my sms notification, which I am paying for. Went into the bank to enquire and was told it was active but i still do not receive them.
