Motorite a joke!!

I purchased an Audi Q7 second hand from a dealership in Cape Town who advised me to go for an extended warranty, as the 5 year warranty was on the verge of expiring. I went with the Supreme warranty which was meant to be the top of the range. My battery had to replaced 6 months later which they did not cover. Then 3 months after that a part on the air suspension had to be replaced and once again the claim was rejected. The Audi dealership sent them the service history as requested, the full diagnostic printout as requested and all the info which was required by motorite. Despite this the particular part for the air suspension was not covered, despite the warranty suggesting it is in fact covered. I should have taken the Audi extended warranty which would have covered the battery and the air suspension.
The excuses and service are pathetic. I would advise all to stay far away from these clowns!!
