First time experience was Dreadful

I had an incident were my car broke down on thursday evening, i called miWay to log a roadside assist at 18:00pm and received a comfirmation sms at 18:13pm. The Rep didn't Prompt me for any info, therefore i was left wondering how my passengers are gonna get home as the Tow Truck driver refused to take any passengers with him. According to the Rep that called me back to do a call resolution survey the response time is suppose to be 45min but after an hour of waiting she told me i would still have to wait another 30min. At the end of the whole dreadful telephonic experience i still had to pay the Tow Truck Driver an extra R180.00 to get my car home which was less than 45km. The reason i was given is that all workshops in the area are closed. What is the use of having Roadside assistance if i'm gonna be inconvenienced and feel insecure while waiting for a service im paying monthly without a hassle.
