JUST NO RESPONSE OR ASSISTANCE

I invested amounts into an investment scheme with them. Paid in money when contract came i was not happy with the terms and terminated immidiatelly. They just dont know what happened with the money and if it was or what but they cannot refund me my money. At the call centre they cannot assist in any way and if i request to speak to a supervisor the supervisor say i can wait he or she is in a meeting. They are use less and im going to cancell my life insurances with them as well. PATHETIC!!!
