Worst service ever from Liberty life

I asked on a Monday to withdraw from my investment with liberty, knowing i need the money before the end of the week. I was told that they will get back to me as soon as possible, that's with them knowing the nature of my request. So i get forms on the Wednesday that I sign and return to them immediately. Later during the day I'm asked to send through a copy of my ID and pay slip, and I did. On Tuesday of the next week I get an email stating that my request could not be processed.

Is my request not important? Is it not MY MONEY I'm withdrawing?

My name is Dzunani and I have finally experienced the worst service ever, didn't think it would be from Liberty.
Service so bad they make every other bad service I've ever received seem ok.

I would never recommend anyone to invest with liberty.

All this is after explaining personal details to a person that's not family, with the hope that they would understand how URGENTLY I need the money. But I'm still treated like I don't matter. I'm the one that keeps making follow ups, checking if my request has been submitted, and always being told, "I'll do it first thing tomorrow." Yet still neg and be told to relax.
