Unneccesary delays

I applied for a debt consolidation loan on the 10 May 2013 morning time, to date im still to receive feedabck whether it was approved or declined, I have been to the branch a number of times and made several calls as well to the call center but I didnt receive a clear understanding why the loan has taken almost 4 days as of today to process while they you say it takes mins to know the outcome, Please asssit with feedback on my appliaction since my efforts were not good enuff
