Pending personal loan

Good day,

i have appled for a vehicle finance and they have declined my application because i have pending personal loan with african bank,
i had 2 loans with the bank that i paid back, and when i attempted to apply i was declined, now ive been blocked to the other company because of this pending personal loan.

i was asked to email Vehicle Finance Office or call the customer care number who said they dont see any pending appliaction, but the company im applying at they confirm that there is a pending appliaction reflecting.

i cant deal with this anymore, because when calling the call centre no one helps you, the only time you get assistance is when you complain, while the only thing u needed was assistance.
