An email was sent on Sat 15/6/2013 to Loan Back Office email address quering loan process for Consolidation l

I have been applying for a loan for the past 3 months and have been declined due to affordability, the last application was done at Viking branch (Cape town) on 14/06/2013, and was also declined even though the salary was R2000 more than the previous applications.

What I would like to find out as your existing customer is, if the problem is affordability - and have other loan repayments affecting my scoring; why are you not assisting me by recommending a Consolidation loan (which is one of your products anyway) When do you really do/offer Consolidation loan if you don't offer it to people who really need it? Your Consultants do not sell a Consolidation loan at all, ever since I tried applying for the declined loans - not a single Consultant suggested this product. I'm disappointed considering that with the salary I get, you can give me -R120k for 42 months, and be able settle other existing loan and pay one loan - and can afford with a repayment of -R4500 (considering that the other loans woul
